BIOGRAPHY-NAZIM IDEAL!

Nihad Quliyev Guliyev NazimTelman was born on 01.11.1969 in Gubadli, Azerbaijan in an educated family.
He has two diplomas of higher education.
He graduated from Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy in 1986-1992 and University of Higher Diplomacy in 1993-1998.
He did military service in Federal Republic of Germany (1988-1989).
He was one of the active members of National Freedom Movement started in Azerbaijan. He was elected as chairman of organizing committee at the republic student forum (1990).
He was at the front voluntarily for territorial integrity and freedom of the country and wounded several times. He is a veteran of Garabagh war and a guardian of I group Garabagh invalid.
He worked as the head for“Foreign Relations and Commerce” departmentof the Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan during 1992-1993. He was removed from his office because of his political conviction.
He was engaged with business activity within 1994-1998.
“Ideal” public-political law newspaper was founded by his in 1998 and national vandals started disgusting campaigns via their dependents to impose NazimGuliyev to silence as he highlighted the events occurred in the world objectively as an editor-in-chief, as well as he struggled against and denounced the internal reaction, anarchy, tyranny of officers, bribery, corruption became as a custom in the country and regions. I hereby bring into your notice short annotation of court episodes:
He founded the first independent “Ideal Press Club” taking into account the society’s belief and needs towards N. Guliyev and “Ideal” newspaper in 2001. “Ideal Press Club”, not seeking any benefit became an independent and free tribune of every modest person and citizens whose rights disrespected.
The “Tammany Hall”s (it is reactionary organization regarding gangsters bribing officers and sending their persons to the selected positions) deeply rooted in the power considering the nation and state their own thing declared boycott against “Ideal Press Club”. Though people disregarded it, shooting by all TVs working for the power is prohibited. NazimGuliyev continued his fight against power’s totalitarianismand vandalism via 10 mass media which he is the founder and published newspaper maintained their independence. The officers being helpless before facts and marketing their esteem started the next slander campaign via the debauched persons meeting their internal disgusting harmony and dealing with human traffic. In general, the debauched persons, not reading newspapers arrest “Ideal” and “Telescope” newspapers with bluff reasons, absurd and groundless lies without any good reason. The Azerbaijani laws used for only to undoing honourable, convinced, honest, able, democratic, free and independent persons deprive NazimGuliyev from freedom for 7 years according to the wish of customers of Azerbaijani law enforcement.

The customer’s judgment is annulled by the help of international organizations, defense committee and higher cognition and NazimGuliyev was released in 2002. Though many expected N. Guliyev to be silent after the unpleasant policy carried out against him by the “punishment bodies”, contrary he returned his former persistence, courage and bellicosity without being afraid of nothing. Because he realizes that intellect, human, personality law does not fight with him. His fight is with offices, nihilistic anarchist, villains marketing with their esteem, national vandals.
NazimGuliyev organized press conference at the “Ideal Press Club” which boycotted by “punishment bodies” on the date he released. National vandals (officials) asked help from a prosecutor general. Prosecutor general protests the judgment made by the Appeal Court and the Supreme Court, ready for every political order, secures the protest and send to the Appeal Court for reconsideration. The Appeal Court gave a different judgment this time. It replaces the judgment on freedom with the punishment for 4 years 6 months and 11 days. This is called an assassination against law and morality in apoetic language.
IlhamAliyev, the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, intervened the case in 2005 and the president was deceived with false information in reply to his instructions on release of N. Guliyev for four times. At last, he was released on October 19, 2005.
“Ideal” newspaper began to be published on December 1, 2005. The persons whom “Ideal” chose as a target are known as deputies, ministers, academicians, professors, generals, as well as expansionists, gangsters, drug baron, swindler, bribe-taker, corruptionist, faceless persons showing vandalism against humanity. The opposite appealed to the court as a reply to discrediting evidencepublished in the newspapers. AflatunAmashov, the chairman of Press Council, who became laughing-stock of “punishment machinery” and ZakirGaralov, prosecutor general, the head of the “punishment authority”, played the same role in order to help “hierarchy” made to address to the court. However, it was the duty of law enforcement authorities to investigate the facts written by “Ideal” they tried to stop the writings. AflatunAmashov, the chairman of Press Council formed a negative reputation and image in published writings against N. Guliyev with the debauched persons used as a tool.
The persons who lodged an application according to special accusation in December 2005 are followings: 1) academician ElshadAbdullayev, president of Azerbaijan International University, 2) RamziyyaAbdullayeva, director of “Loghman” medical school, 3) GudratHasanguliyev – deputy of MilliMajlis (National Assembly), 4) MurvatHasanli, director of “Khamsa” celebration hall, 5) Ata Abdullayev, the son of SheylaAbdullayeva, bribed to accuse N. Guliyev during 2002-2003, 6) RaufArifoglu, editor-in-chief of “Musavat” newspaper, 7) NatavanMehdiyeva, editor-in-chief of “Son soz” newspaper, 8) AghgulMammadova, editor of “Son soz” newspaper, 9) AflatunAmashov, chairman of Press Council and others lodged a complaint to ZakirGaralov, prosecutor general and declared that a criminal case was initiated on N. Guliyev under Article 182 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 30, 2005. Though the majority of voices accusing N. Guliyev defeated and he won on August 16, 2006.
ElshadAbdullayev, president of Azerbaijan International University penetrated a lot of ignominy via the supporters in the power not giving up his offensive and trickery intent. Again AflatunAmashov, chairman of Press Council and ZakirGaralov, prosecutor general did not deny their assistance in these affairs. Thus, ElshadAbdullayev sent telegrams to the president IlhamAliyev on behalf of academician HajibaySultanov, director of Shamakhi observatory, academicians and professors of Azerbaijan International University and Baku State University depending on him and his father-in-law HuseynAliyev in different dates and asked to take measures on NazimGuliyev. At the same time he tried to give information to the president that “NazimGuliyev is PKK, kurd, accomplice of American and Iran reconnaissance” etc.
Ali Hasanov, head of public-political department of president administration together with E. Abdullayev, president of AIU talked to BaylarAyyubov, head of Personal Defense Service of the President about NazimGuliyev and tried to form a negative opinion and thought on him. Besides, both the president and RamizMehdiyev, head of Presidential Administration was informed that the author of the critical writings published in other newspapers on Ali Hasanov, ministers (KamaladdinHeydarov, minister of emergency situations, ZiyaMammadov, minister of transport, Ali Abbasov, minister of communication, RamilUsubov, minister of internal affairs) and others is N. Guliyev.
General RamizZeynalov, head of Head Police Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and his deputies, 24 officers including head of the office addressed to Nasimi district court regarding the protection of their honour and esteem and business influence according to the article published in “Ideal” newspaper in 2007. Judge decided 2 months and 65 months imprisonment on NazimGuliyev on December 26, 2007 not taking into account the facts highlighted in the article. The Appeal Court took anacquittal judgment on NazimGuliyev on December 26, 2007 and he was released.
To say “stop” the campaign conducted, under the name “active women of the society” which was great disgrace for Azerbaijani women, via wanton women, which was an integral part of immoral ideology conducted in the country in 2008 rest with “Ideal” newspaper, N. Guliyev. Though either “Ideal” newspaper or N. Guliyev fulfilled all these with honour as usual, their efforts served to conceal family secrets of political customer ignoring humanity, universal values, free word, independent press, pluralism but denying vandalism, totalitarianism, authoritarianism, dictatorship, immorality by the policy of legal nihilism of army of dishonourable persons and syllogism. 8. Elmira Ashraf Huseyinli – teacher of Azerbaijan International University
9. Fakhraddin Savalan Gasimzada- chairman, “Khazar-lada” company, ex public prosecutor.
All of above mentioned persons appealed to Nasimi District Court, Department of Struggle against Corruption under Prosecutor General and Baku Court on Grave Crimes and informed that: “There are not happened any these kind of matter. We was angry and therefore complained or we complaint due to threats made to our phones”. Notwithstanding all of these, Baku city Nasimi District Court sentenced Nazim Guliyev for 6 (six) months. One month before his date of release, Department of Struggle against Corruption under Prosecutor General got new sanction and submitted to the court the sham accusation based on absurd thoughts and on January 15, 2010 N. Guliyev confined for 13 years 3 months as a result of moral terror and special mercilessness of Azerbaijani Court.
N. Guliyev is kept at special regime enterprises (closed) without any relation with community. The punishment given to N. Guliyev is also a punishment to humanity, honour, self-respect, motherland, morality, conscience, manliness, human value, freedom of speech, independent media.
Special mercilessness and hypocrisy campaign conducted against N. Guliyev and this tendency conducted against Ahmad Javad, Mikayil Mushfig, Gara Garayev, Khalil Rza, Elmar Huseynli, Rafig Taghi and tens of honourable persons during Azerbaijan history continues with high temp. 37 continues…..
